Itasha 
"Itasha" (? ?) literally means "painmobile" but in Japan sticker-covered car connoisseur. decals often featuring cartoon characters, manga or video games. "Ita" also refers to the penalty imposed in the pockets of car owners, or people who see the car. Learn more »
